At Sacred Memories, we are committed to creating meaningful keepsakes that honor your most cherished spiritual experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personalized nature of Sacred Memories Tablets, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
• Personalized Items: Custom-engraved tablets cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the approved design submitted at the time of purchase.
• Non-Personalized Items: Non-customized items (e.g., display stands, journals) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@sacredmemories.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items).
2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps.
3. Return Shipping: If eligible, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Full refunds, including shipping costs, will be issued for items that are damaged in transit or incorrectly customized.
• Non-Personalized Items: Refunds for non-personalized items will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and final sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personalized items. However, if an error was made on our part, we will promptly provide a replacement tablet at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations and Order Modifications
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations or changes may not be possible.
• Corrections: Please double-check your custom text before submitting your order. We will send a final confirmation request via email if requested.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special situations can arise. If you believe your case is exceptional, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
